If you don’t VALUE yourself, and, truly, feel, you are a person, of worth, how can you possibly, ever, become the best, you can possibly, be? Although there is a difference, between, falsely over – rating yourself, and being able to effectively use/ utilize your strengths, etc, unless/ until, someone focuses on enhancing their inner – self, they will not become, as happy, as possible. In addition, in most cases, the happier, more self – fulfilled, etc, one is, the better, more positive, his attitude, and, happier people, will generally experience the best potential for overall health, and well – being! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why, and how, it relates to one’s personal health, etc.

1. Visions; views; various/ variety; values: Are your personal visions, personally inspiring and motivating, in a positive way, or are they, negative, and disruptive? What is your vision, for the best way, to proceed, through life? There are various aspects, to consider, and a variety of concepts, to enhance, etc! Take the time to, seriously, consider, your values, and how, they relate, to, what you seek, and desire, from your life, and, whether, you’re acting, in your own, best interests!

2. Attitude; aptitude; attention; actions: Will your positive, can – do, attitude, serve your best interests? What will you do, to develop the necessary, aptitude, and skill – set, to proceed, effectively? How much personal attention, will you pay, to discovering the best options and alternatives, for you, and will you, proactively, proceed, with the relevant actions, to be, as successful, as possible?

3. Listen; learn: Will you listen to the options, and alternatives, and proceed with an open – mind, to be able to effectively, learn, what’s most needed, and necessary?

4, Useful; unique; urging/ urgent: One must be able to differentiate between, what’s most useful, and the petty stuff! What, about you, to you consider unique, and/ or, extraordinary? What do you believe, is most urgent, and how will you, be urging, yourself, to do, what’s best, for you?

5. Emphasis; energy/ energize; endure; excellence: When we seek our utmost degree of personal excellence, instead of settling for good – enough, we generally, feel better about ourselves! How might you, effectively use your personal energy, in a way, which positively, energizes, and enriches you? Will you persist, and endure, when others give – up, on themselves? How might your personal emphasis, make you happier, and healthier?

When we VALUE ourselves, in a meaningful, true manner, our overall health, and well – being, often, benefits! Will you be, up to the task?
