1. Views; value; values; vision: GIve yourself, a check – up, from the neck – up, and, in an objective, introspective manner, examine, your personal views, and reasons you possess these! Do they, align, providing genuine value, with your inner values? Will you proceed, with the vision, and insight, to pay keen attention, to the best way, to achieve a greater degree of health and happiness?
2. Attitude; aptitude; attention; actions: Do you have a true, positive, can – do, attitude, without being unrealistic, and wearing, rose – colored glasses? What will you do, to develop and enhance your aptitude, and skill – set, in a relevant, sustainable way? How much attention and focus, will you pay, to this? Are your actions, properly focused, and well – intentioned, and will you proceed, with a well – considered, and planned, action plan?
3. Listen; learn; like/ love: Instead of thinking/ believing, you, know – it – all, take the time, and make the effort, to effectively, listen, and learn, from every conversation, and experience, so you might proceed, with the degree of expertise, which, hopefully, might offer you, better judgment, and more, relevant, true wisdom? Ask yourself, whether, you truly, like yourself, or not, and why? Those, who do so, and end up, loving themselves more, for quality reasons, are generally, happier!
4. Useful; unique; usual/ unusual; urgent: What do you believe, are the most urgent and useful, items, you need, to be as happy, as possible? What unique qualities and characteristics, do you have, which may make you more capable of addressing, both the usual, and unusual, of life’s challenges?
5. Energy; emphasis; endurance; excellence: How might you, enhance your personal energy, and place your emphasis, where your personal endurance, and mind – set, best serves you? Seek genuine excellence, instead of, merely, good – enough!
