How Would You VALUE Yourself?

If you want to feel, confident, self – satisfied, and worthy, you must demonstrate, clearly, you are a personal, with real VALUE! Beware, this is far different, from, trying to convince, and/ or, even, fool, others! Each of us, have, these, tiny – little voices, and, when we are proud of what, they say, we maximize the possibility to proceed, forward, through life, in the happiest, and hopefully, healthiest manner. There must be alignment between our value, and values, and, whether, these enhance our existence, in as many ways, as possible, or, fail to do so! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and, why it matters.

1. Views; vision; values; vital: If your life, and achievements, make you feel, more vital, and significant, chances are, you will be happiest! What determines your personal views, and what is your vision, for your future? Will you maintain your values, without compromising them, and align, your overall existence, with doing, the right thing?

2. Attitude; assets; aptitude; attention; assumptions: Will your assumptions, benefit your life, or limit the options and opportunities? Will you proceed, with a positive, can – do, attitude, or, will you see each of life’s obstacles, as problems, instead of challenges, to overcome? When will you fully consider, in an introspective, objective manner, your actual assets, and weaknesses? Are you ready to commit to enhancing your aptitude, and skill – set, on an ongoing basis? Will you pay attention to details, so you become, the best, you can be?

3. Listen; learn: Focus on effectively listening, and learn from every conversation, and experience, so you might, become better, more effective, and capable of feeling, more satisfied, with yourself!

4. Unique; useful; urgent; usual/ unusual: How are you, unique, and is it, in a good – way? What useful contributions, do you make, to self – improvement, etc? When we evaluate, and difference, between, short – term needs, and longer – term improvements, we became able to know, what might be, most urgent, and needed/ necessary! How might you address/ consider, both, the usual needs, as well as the more unusual possibilities, in order to help yourself?

5. Energy/ energize; emphasis; excellence: Using the highest aspects of personal energy, you will energize yourself, in a positive way, to know, where to place your emphasis, in order to seek genuine excellence! Be careful to avoid, accepting, good – enough!

Know your strengths and weaknesses, and use areas of strength, while addressing any weaker aspects! When you are able to enhance your VALUE, especially, in your own perceptions, you will be better prepared, for a happier life!
